Pay structure

Subscription
By paying a $100 subscription fee, you will gain access to the Nurses to Nannies network. This fee includes coverage for your annual malpractice insurance, ensuring you are protected while you provide exceptional childcare services.
Caregiving
You will receive 80% of the revenue for each service provided. Your compensation is structured on an hourly basis and varies based on the type of service, your experience, the duration of the engagement, and your rating. Higher levels of experience, more complex responsibilities, and longer engagements will result in a higher hourly rates.
Babysitting
The average sitter will make $35/hr.
Nannying

The average nanny will make $60/hr.
